SOLO SWISS TILTING

HIGH-TEMPERATURE THERMAL PROCESSING TILTING UNIT

The Tilting Furnace is a high-temperature thermal processing unit designed for quenching and annealing operations under controlled atmospheres.

Its tilting mechanism allows direct transfer of parts into a quenching tank filled with oil or water, ensuring rapid and consistent cooling.

With a robust metal chamber and optional inert or flammable gas operation, this furnace is suited for precise and repeatable heat treatments in small-scale or specialty manufacturing environments.

TILTING KEY FEATURES

Tilting metal chamber

Integrated mechanical tilting system enables direct, safe, and efficient immersion into the quenching tank, reducing handling time and thermal deviation between furnace and quench.

Controlled atmosphere operation

Designed for use with inert gases (e.g. nitrogen or argon), with an optional upgrade for operation under flammable gases when required by the process.

Compact quenching tank

Available in oil or water versions, with tank volumes starting from 46 litres, suitable for batch processing of small components.

Manual or automated control

Available with manual interface for basic control, or full automation for repeatable and consistent thermal cycles with minimal operator input.

Flexible Installation Options

Can be supplied as a stand-alone tabletop unit for integration into existing workspaces, or with a dedicated pedestal base for ergonomic freestanding installation.
